JD Mair Obituary, Death – On Wednesday, prosecutors in Salt Lake County charged a man, age 21, with manslaughter. The incident occurred nearly a year after police reported that the guy had struck and killed a pedestrian in Draper who had attempted to tell him to slow down on his motorbike.

On April 18, 2022, law enforcement personnel were dispatched to a street in the district of Draper, where they discovered James Mair laying in the road surrounded by an assortment of individuals.
According to the documents, his wife reported to the authorities that she and Mair had been walking along the road when they made the observation that Smith was “speeding through the neighborhood” on his motorcycle. According to her, Mair instructed the man to slow down. Approximately ten minutes later, she stated that they once again heard Smith speeding on his motorcycle. she witnessed Mair take one step away from the curb and onto the road in order to remind Smith to slow down. “And the next thing I knew, he was thrown thirty feet into the air,” she added, referring to the moment when the motorcycle collided with Smith. “Within such a short amount of time,”
