while the driver of the second vehicle was 38-year-old man. The incident happened at approximately 4:30 p.m. on State Route 126 (1900 West) at 1750 South in West Haven, according to the Utah Highway Patrol. According to reports, a Ford pickup entered the oncoming lanes while traveling north on SR-126. Despite the driver of the Toyota Sequoia’s best efforts to swerve out of the path, they collided head-on and rolled both vehicles over.
