Dana Shannon Obituary, Death – After the demise of a friend and coworker who was one of our most devoted, diligent, and dedicated employees, the SLP Lions have had a dreadful week. Not only has the unexpected loss of Dana Shannon left a major void in our hearts, but it has also left a significant hole in the way we run our charitable gaming organization. Dana constantly went above and beyond what was expected of her and was always willing to provide a helping hand no matter the circumstance.
During her lifespan, Dana exhibited compassion and assistance to a large number of individuals; she contributed much more than was required to both the Lions Club and the consumers she served. During her lifetime, Dana demonstrated compassion and assistance to a large number of people. We will never forget the efforts that she put in to ensuring that our organization would be successful, as well as the relationships of friendship that she established with each of us along the way.
These are both things that we will always remember. As we struggle to come to terms with the repercussions of this sudden loss, we want her family and friends to know that we are thinking of them and that our thoughts are with them during this difficult time. The memorial service will be held on October 28 at 5:30 p.m., and immediately following it, a supper will be provided for those in attendance. Presbyterian Church of the Master is a place of worship that can be found in Coon Rapids, Minnesota 55448 at 789 Northdale Boulevard.
